ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once a set of Hair Extensions has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund. We recommend that all clients thoroughly research and select the right set of hair extensions before purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. If a client has any specific questions or concerns before purchasing or placing a deposit on hair extensions, we are happy to help and go through all your questions and concerns.

AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

PARKING - IN STUDIO APPOINTMENTS
Parking is available to all clients in the above ground parking garage under the Link2 condos. (100+ commercial visitors parking spots).

You can ENTER from Dundas St or Sutton Dr. The parking lot does have signs posted that only PERMIT PARKING is available, don't worry! This applies to any visitors who are staying overnight. You are good to park in any available spot marked ‘V’ for visitors.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please come to your appointment alone if possible, no friends or family members.

  • You are welcome to come to your appointment with or without a mask. Please let us know if you would prefer to have your Extension Specialist wear a mask during your appointment.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We understand that sometimes you'll need to reschedule, and you can cancel or change your appointment online 48 hrs prior by using the link in your confirmation email. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 48 hr deadline, please call or text 519-591-6559 immediately. We will always try to accommodate clients as best as we can.

Clients cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours of their scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of their scheduled service.

We recognise that although unforeseen emergencies do happen, The Hair Extension Loft reserves the right to enforce our cancellation policy when it has happened on more than one occasion. Please call, text or email as soon as you know you cannot make your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations leave gaps in a stylists’ schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments. As a courtesy, we send a confirmation via email or SMS 48 and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and a cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVALS
Again we always understand that unforeseen delays or emergencies do happen, but we ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. We recommend that clients arrive 5-10 mins early for their appointments. The Hair Extension Loft reserves the right to modify, cancel or reschedule appointments when clients arrive more than 15 minutes late. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled due to tardiness are subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

NO SHOW POLICY
Any clients who have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule their appointment will be charged a NO SHOW Fee for the full service amount. Unfortunately when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment we are unable to fill that appointment time.  

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The Hair Extension Loft reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour to any other guest or member of our team.
